Aziza Dave Holland Chris Potter Lionel Loueke Eric Harland – Live at Cadogan Hall

This gig had a special meaning to me.

When I was studying music, around 10 years ago, I’ve studied note by note Pat Metheny’s record “Question & Answer” – and Dave Holland was the bassist playing in this record. Needless to say, I’ve spent a couple of years studying this record.

It was the second time that I’ve been to a Dave Holland’s gig, and it’s always impressive.  This time I went shooting for London Jazz News (londonjazznews.com), as part of the London Jazz Festival 2016 coverage, at the Cadogan Hall.
